Red sky at night

We were under a tornado watch night before last. The
sky did all kinds of wierd things. It finally turned into this
and then we got a bit of rain and 60 mph winds.
I just had never seen a sky so dark red:

:agree: That is a nice picture!! A few year's ago a Newfoundland'er I was working with told me a saying "Red sky at night - sailor's delight. Red sky in the morning sailor's take warning"
I have never been able to decide if it hold's true in Alberta or not. lol
