Rem 788

Awhile back you guys were discussing the 788. I have one in the 223 caliber, and other then needing a clip and a scope, it is a nice shooting little gun. My question is, where can I find another clip for it? No one seams to have any in the 223. I can find them in any other caliber.

You will have to watch for them at gun shows or call around to used gun stores. That will be a tough one to find for sure. GOOD LUCK.

Try these shops in Rapidcity, SD for some "magazines" clips don't have moving parts. :wink:

Not sure of this is a .223 MAGAZINE but they look like a 223.

I found a reproduction clip for my .243 on www.gunbroker.com

Thanks for all the info. I did find 2 on Gunbroker, but they are both getting expensive. Guess if I don't get either one of these, I'll try to get this one back in working order.
