I Luv Herfords, I have the same problem here in Oklahoma. We have spent around $40,000 trying to just get this guy to use a specific area or to remove the easement. This guy has shot at our guest, turns his cattle in on us and usually only uses the easement when it's muddy so he can rut up our pasture. I tried to fence the easement off but the law made me remove the fence because of the way the legal jargon is written. It says, "a meandering path for clear ingress and egress to said property. The easement was given 50 years ago. A county road to the tresspassers property has since been built but the law is still on his side. I beat the snot out of him once and spent 3 days in jail for it. The judge said if I touched him again he'd put me in jail for at least six months.
