Know Wilfred well, his first wife (who died young of cancer) was my 2nd grade teacher. He is a true cowboy. He and Roy Mulvahill caught over 130 wild (feral) $h!++ers one winter. They probably caught over 1000 in the years they were thinning them for the Forest Service.
Nobody has removed any horses for 20 years now and there are likely 2500 or more where they had them nearly cleaned up.
Wilf is not very time consious, he had to be retrieved from running his Cat doing some land clearing as he had forgotten what day his first wedding was.
Wilf's Dad, Oscar was a tough old bird. I may stand corrected someday but I believe Oscar was originally from Montana.
Know Frank a bit too.
