Rumored New Record Whitey

Anyone hear this one yet? Supposedly around Grande Prairie - North Western Alberta - someone has tagged a Whitetail that grosses 230 TYPICAL, and nets 222. If it's true, he'll beat the Hansen buck by 8-9 inches. Rifle season opens up there earlier than here, so it's painful hearing all this stuff, and seeing big ones walk around our place without being able to pull the trigger...yet.

If someone would have, and it isnt a farmed buck, then I have a feeling that there would be more ress about it right now.
