Sage Grouse CD from the BLM--HELP!

We received a disc from the BLM regarding Proposed Resource Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact
Statement in regard to Sage Grouse. I finally figured out how to get it to open on my computer, but it doesn't seem
to be a video. What I managed to see was 566 pages............I'm not going to read all those pages and I'm darn sure not
going to print them out. Am I missing something? What do I need to do (besides all that reading). Surely there is a shorter
version. HELP!

After looking it over it isn't just about sage grouse, it's the whole Proposed Management Plan and EIS.....
