NCBA President Jim McAdams, a cattleman from Adkins, Texas, International Markets Committee Chairman Jamie Willrett, a cattleman from Malta, Ill., and Dr. Gary Weber, NCBA Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs, will comprise the panel discussing trade with Canada and other nations in the post-BSE global market.
