I wondered if you'd make the trip to Omaha Soap, thought about givin you a call but didn't.

I thought it was one heck of a rodeo, quite the bronc rides and an awful fast Canadian cowgirl in the barrels.

That Canadian cowgirl, Lindz Sears, was very impressive. She won every round at the rodeo and kept setting arena records while doing it. Realizing how the letters are placed on a typewriter, with the "z" and "a" right together and both being punched with the left little finger, it did make me wonder if her real name was Linda. Maybe somewhere along the line, some legal office accidently pushed the z instead of the a, and it was just easier to keep her name Lindz. Probably not, but my inquiring mind wondered. :-)

The poor bull riders Saturday night didn't have very good luck. Not a single bull was ridden for the whole eight seconds. On Friday night, it seems all bulls but one did get ridden and some very high scores were earned.

Great show. I do wish that the sound man could be an older more sensible type person and turn the volume DOWN. I'm glad we were warned ahead of time, so that we had ear plugs with us. This is one of my pet peeves in life, that any function of this sort has to be so LOUD. Guess I am getting to be a Geezer.

Ya know my grandparents were complaining about the same thing come concert time

I was wondering how the bull riding had gone the rest of the week since they actually did have a winner, seems like it's been a while since I've been to a bucking where a lot of bullriders actually rode, seems they are either getting worse or the bulls are getting too good.
