you get some rain and hail last night?

we got an inch and a tenth in half an hour with some pea to marble size hail and the biggest lightning show i've seen in quite sometime. would have been a good fire extinguisher for some of our southern neigbor's.

thanx BMR for relaying the message. I had trouble getting logged on as well this am. the border's are now a dark green, only two icons on the menu bar, with no way to log out. can't get the emoticons to work either

Glad per missed the hail.

Couldn't get on until late yesterday but today it's all back to normal, including the heavy green borders being normal again too.

It's Ok Burnt..... Iknow what you mean

Well now you went and put me into an awkward spot!

No, of course it's not O.K. that you got hailed! Did you take any damage from it?

Our "drought" is finally broke. We got 3" a couple of weeks ago and now it's rained hard a few times since. The grass is coming back but it's going to be a few weeks before it has much body to it. Started feeding hay tonight and the girls were not too impressed. :?

Just messin' with you Burnt  hail was piled up on the deck 3to 4 inches deep but amazingly enough not a lot of damage. must have been the soft kind....1.1 inches in less than a half an hour didn't give it much of a chance to soak in

It will be tight. Cut too late in the season and it doesn't do so well next year. We pastures off a lot of the 2nd cut because it was too thin to cut. But it is coming back now so there will be a bit of stuff later in the summer.
