(e) Personal possession of registration or receipt card; penalties
Every alien, eighteen years of age and over, shall at all times
carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate
of alien registration or alien registration receipt card issued to
him pursuant to subsection (d) of this section. Any alien who fails
to comply with the provisions of this subsection shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction for each offense be fined
not to exceed $100 or be imprisoned not more than thirty days, or

Lawyers do what lawyers always do, make a lot of noise, stir a pot of s*** just to make it stink, and leave every thing more or less as is, just to shovel the load down the road a little farther, let the next sob make a decision or better yet, leave it status quo,
A lot of fancy words were wasted today, but all that happened was a remedy with the virus attached to it was unleashed on the people of the states.
Will make a bet that the decision Thursday will be just as cloudy, similar to bleeding the patient to cause the body to react, maybe so good, maybe so bad. Not our fault, the patient was too sick
