It's snowing outside after raining most of the night, so I was killing
some time and decided to read the classifieds on this site.
I came across this one that just doesn't sound quite right, so I
am posting it here to see what some of you have to say.
The picture accompanying the ad showed a real good-looking
sorrell QH:

hello i am please to let go my lovely and adorable Quarter horse for Probable Scam.this horses are very lovely and energetic can travel long distances you can not imagine .they are current on all their vet records.

But gosh, unless I educate myself, I'll never know what's going
on 'out there.' I'm still amazed at what people try to do to
get something for nothing.

On the horse part, I wasn't sure why the Probable Scam was
part of the ad. Did you figure that out?

When the phone rings and it's a number I don't recognize,
when the caller can't pronounce our name, I hang up.

My daughter is trying to pay at least part of her way through college by selling our puppies. She set up a website www.germanshepherdkingdom.com and we have recieved many calls stating this is an interpritive call for a hearing impaired person. ( They don't know my brother, daughter-in-law and both nephews are deaf and we know all about the relay service)

Then they want us to go to our email for an offer.

When we check our email they always want to send a cashiers check for $1,000.00 and they will buy a puppy and we are to wire $500.00 to a "Dog Transport Service" for them to come and pick up a pup of our chosing!

Our puppies are to cute for them to chose one on their own they will trust the choice to us!

I just wonder if anyone is taken in by this?
