if we were to believe government was to provide in times of trouble, would most donations to the people affected be given by Corporations and individuals?


Joplin, MO. is probably the same. The first on scene are Churches and locals....not government.


But they are asking for more tax dollars....for what? In times of disaster?

Why hypo - how naive are you? If the guvmint used your tax dollars for the people, how would they be able to pad their puffy paychecks and procure their porcine pensions?

Government is out of control and no longer exists for their true purpose which is to provide law and order. No their mandate is only to keep the populace submissive and provide a revenue stream. Look at Greece for an example where we are headed.
