As a kid it one of my jobs to squeese the plastic bag that White margarine that it came in with the Color Capisal to make it look like butter.

I love butter and have only eaten it for years and I use alot - - V¬ got me started on "Smart Balance" and it tast the same. I've cut way back on butter but I crave ore milk. Some times I mix butter, olive oil and a little salt to dip my bread in or put on cob corn

That the only change I've made and I've lost two belt noches. (????)

I have used olive oil for most cooking for 30 years, since I came back from the Middle East.
It's not too bad, there's also a "flax oil" version. Don't let it get room temperature, as it gets mushy.
