The Siam-ease loves to go outside. It was snowing and he didn't like
it much. (He was found last Novemeber in a storm under a sagebrush
with his last meow almost spoken. The folks that found him took him in.
They thought he had lost an eye and was crippled. Luckily, he was just
frozen...and warmed back up. Anyway, if I was him, I'd never go out
in the snow!!)

When he can't go out, he starts climbing on things. He entertained
me last night climbing up on stuff, until he got to the highest point
in the room:

He is really a pretty cat fh... Carter lets one of his old cats in and the cat sits on his lap while he is doing homework.... He calls him Harry...
Here is a picture of Harry P. Haase.

When my kids were in elementary school, and had to do some reading, I would tell them that my cat liked to hear them read stories. As soon as they started reading aloud, she would come and curl up by them, like she was listening to the story, so they were quite happy to read to her. Cats are funny critters.

Why, thank you MLA. I really appreciated your comment.
I have another of him before he starting biting the silk flowers,
but my office is a mess and I got some of the papers in the picture
and didn't want to show everyone how behind I am on filing.
Much better to spend time here than the boring job of filing.
But here it the picture:

BTW, does anyone know how to make the pictures smaller in photobucket, before you bring them over here? I'd appreciate knowing.

We have the program Kodak Easy Share. It it, photos can be made smaller before they go to Photobuckets. There are several choices, including 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, "best for e-mail", and "best for web". I always choose the "best for web" as they are fairly small but big enough to see. They don't take nearly as long to download as do the bigger pictures.

Well, Soapweed, I'm going to show my computer illiteracy here.
If you have the program, that means you downloaded it into your
computer, correct?

I have a Canon camera and I have a Canon program. So I
guess I better check that out for editing.
I thought I could edit on photobucket, but it didn't work.

Thanks.

Fh, you can do it on photbucket real easy.. talsk about downszing them 25, 50 or 75 percent...

click on edit, above the picture you want to resize and there will be a resize option... Should work well for you...

I get the 'red eye' thing right along. What do I need to do to
eliminate it? Any ideas? A better camera?

I've always thought if I had a Siamese cat I would name him
Mr. Magoo. Don't know why, but there never was any other
names considered when we got this one. Mr. FH does call him
"Goofers" though.

Better quality camera is a good start FH. There should be a setting that will help reduce the redeye on your camera.
