NE WY at the foot of the Big Horn mountains
We got some! Heavy and wet. So happy for the moisture. 5" or snow, a foot of wind, but we will take it. West and south of us, friends got 12-13". The roads are closed everywhere out of Sheridan. Hopefully this won't affect young livestock as it isn't very cold and it will be 50 degrees by tomorrow. This snow will go in the ground!! Weather guy says to not trust the forecast more than 2 days out, because they just can't predict what will happen after that. (I never trust the weather forecasts more than 24 hours out!)

I never trust the weather man. If he says it is raining I go outside and look for myself.

Did you get anymore snow?
It continued for awhile on Friday, but nothing since. It was heavy and wet and went into the ground. Weather guys say "it was too little, too late." But they've been wrong before. It will help if it doesn't get too warm in the mountains. Or rain. Rain will bring that new snow out. I guess we will see.
