Sold our open heifers

We had a few more open heifers than we wanted, but the way they sold more than makes up for it. We did our homework and had a couple extra feeders bidding on them. Here is how they did.

54 head - 905 lbs - $129.50 = $1172

Thats pretty slick on some heifers. Doing the homework pays off almost every time.

Thats awesome. It it rains to the south and west I think the day will come where open heifers and steers bring the same money.

Great sale! Congrats...its always nice to see when a little extra effort pays off!! Don't spend all in one place though...unless its on another bull like those you found this past spring! :wink:
