Bushwacker son.

Well thats it for now.

Very nice, Denny. VERY NICE.
Black and soooooo shiny!!!
Thanks for taking the time to share with us.

Sitz Alliance...do you mean the old Sitz Alliance?
We bought a Size Alliance I87 son that I like and we have
used sons of Sitz Alliance (why can't I think of the number in
order to identify him better). I think they are good cattle.
I saw Sitz Alliance (the old bull) at Hawkeye and I was impressed
with him. And he was so gentle.

How do you like the OCC Glory calves? I thought I would, but I haven't seen any. Are the heifers better than the bull/steers?

Well, I'm off to take my grandson fishing. :D
Maybe I'll have some pictures to post later.

The old Sitz Alliance 6595.We AI'ed some 6595 daughters this spring and they were very calm even the one's that came out of some wilder cows..It sure seemed like the calmness showed thru.

All the Glory calves are actually grandsons,or daughters. I tend to like the heifers as much as the bulls they have hung right in there with all the AI sired calves..

very nice calves Denny, How is the corn looking down there? I have not been home going on 4 months but they tell me ours is looking pretty good considering the dry spell we had. Shawn

Yep-- your cows and calves are really looking good....I was hoping to ride in tomorrow and check my bunch with the bigger calves that I haven't seen for a couple months--but its starting to rain- and they are predicting 80% chance for tomorrow :D Figures-I've got about 80 acres of alfalfa laying on the ground that would have been dry enough to start baling tomorrow...
But I'll take the rain- wish I had your green grass...

We've had 6 inches of rain in the last few weeks here so its greening up nicely were short on hay so I hope the snow stays away until X-MAS..
