I'd guess I'm about half-way through the harvest at this point considering I'm going to recut the first fields we harvested near the end of October. They're ready now but I don't yet have the space to park the grain so until I can get that problem solved, I'll have to wait a bit longer.
We're only talking about 50 acres here but since I want to store all the grain for my own usage as opposed to selling it, I'll have to do something. I've started buying hogs this month in anticipation of next December sales and this feed will go a long way to help me get through whatever summer holds in store.

Ah yes, the part I liked best. Turning the cattle out into the freshly harvested area.
