Some old cow pictures

I was out on the "old cow place" to check on the progress of the B Dahl bluestem that was planted 4-21-2008 and snapped a few cow pictures to go with the grass pictures.

12 YO cow. Udder still looking good.

7 YO straight angus (anybody need about 10 of these?)

Younger Hereford that just happens to be at the "old cow" pasture.

Certified Black Hereford Bull Calf (7/8ths Hereford)

how much you want and how old are the angus?

The angus are all 7 years. There are 10 head of purbred angus with SimAngus sired calves born in April. Cows were born spring 2001.

The crossbreds are older than that.

where are you in Texas?, if your in the houston area, would you happen to be looking for a ranchhand?

Judging from the grass and the lack of trees, I would guess that he is from the panhandle area but I have been wrong before. Just a guess.

Im thinkin the same thing or west texas, but ive seen places like that round here before
