AX,

Looks good. Fat and sassy!!!

In the Santa Sale last fall, one of the consignors sold a Holden Bana cow. She was pretty good too. Must be a good line.

I would have thought you guys would be a little greener there. Looks like you need some more moisture.

Hope everyone enjoyed the pics. The calf was born Feb. 20th. We got our biggest rain in a long time about a week ago (1.9 In.). Hopefully the buffalo grass will take off now. It usually looks kind of dry this time of year. It is at the beginning of the buffalo grass and the dead stuff is six week fescue. It is a crappy grass and makes everything look bad every June.

BRG - HRR had the mother of this cow at one time and also a sister (6027). I had 6027 rated very high in the Holden dispersal. There is a brother that is used also (JR Holden Spotlight). This one is a Hi Ho 574. We are very pleased with her. Perfect udder, feet and disposition and keeps condition very well.

I knew about Spotlight, but was curious what she had for daughters, now I know. Good Job on getting some good genetics. I would love to come down and check out your cows sometime, maybe I will get that way in the future. Always fun to see good cattle.
