HaHa! i just stole one!Well almost anyhow,i gave $400 for a green broke colt,which papers are as followed...

If you look into those you'll see y im happy.He's a little short (typical of most doc bar colts i see) but he's only three,and OMG does he ever cow!Sorry i just thought id share w/ yall that not all horse trades are total screw ups...
 
ya sure that ya didnt steal this horse outta some poor ol' widow womans pasture and then just left the $400 as a token of your appreciation? HA HA. that is one heckuva bloodline. i dont believe i could have got that horse home fast enough. congratulations on finding such a bargain. if ya come across anymore deals like that , let me know.
 
A little short just means one's life does not pass before one's eyes when the ground is coming at one way too fast.

The air is a little thicker closer to the ground too - not so many nose bleeds from high altitudes.

Putting a saddle on is easier too. Kind of goes along with 1st paragraph...closer to said ground.
 
Lol,nah She had got him from the tom lockwood sale,and she just didnt have time to ride him.As far as height,as ong as he fills "squares out",ill be happy w/ him.Worst comes to worst,he ought to make a helluva playday horse for youngins to breakaway rope,or goat tie off of.

Probably wouldn't want to pay cash for him, but sure might trade a couple for him, to cut down on the feed bill. :wink:
 
Lol,nothin like swappin horses :twisted: ,let me put some miles and age on him,and we'll sure see.I've been looking for a reason to leave this town.I think im going to move to Morton near Lubbock,to work at a feedyard for awhile...I really wanna get aholt of a blue roan colt,or another good dun.... :twisted: 8)
 
:shock: if theres anything i really fear,its tornadoes....just somethin about em...I did most of my growing up outside of Waco a little ways,and there would always be alot of tornadic activity....
 
I spent 8 1/2 years of my childhood in Lubbock, from February thru June the Tornado Warning and Watch signs NEVER went off the TV. I was petrified of them. Probably because I was home alone after school til my folks got home from work. When your at school and along about noon the street lights come on because it's pitch dark......and stays pitch dark till schools out and you hafta walk home from school in that....THAT's SKEERY!!!!

Oh....n did I mention WIND? 70 mph wind half the year.....uhgggggg...I sure don't miss it.
