What would be your average rain fall? It was nice and green in the steam pipe photo. Is there a date you go by in the spring that kind of sets the tone one way or another?

Haven't gotten anything yet, other than some cool wind that made me shut all the winders in the house.
Our yearly rainfall average is in the neighborhood of 55 inches. So far this year we've only had about an inch. Normally we live with mud from January til March/April. I haven't seen mud at all this year.

I'm trying to send this front south as fast as I can- I don't want it- you can have it... :wink:
