A case where the lack of traceability will protect the supplier - even if it is not at fault - as you can be sure Cargill would throw ALL of its very substantial financial clout against that supplier to thwart this lawsuit - or at a minimum - muddy the waters to confuse the issue in hopes of collapsing the lawsuit.
Not a happy circumstance for the person involved.
