We have had a great winter here, so much that it returned on Saturday with 16" of we snow. It was actually a blessing as we needed the moisture and now the grass will really come. All my bulls sold early and was able to move some pairs and a few yearlings as well to some young cattlemen. We had 4 sets of twins this year, saved them all  and ended up at 105% calves live to cows calved.
This breeding group is all the heifer calves. many are from a very thick SAV 9969 son I brought in last year
Getting them onto some old grass has even the march calves really growing well.
Myself and my 3 older brothers were able to meet up a friends bull sale and spend a day of laughs jokes and storytelling,
The sale was a barnburner, only one of us came home with a bull, and it was not me
