Ya gotta love spring don't ya?
We had temps in the mid 70's last week and things had dried up to where you could get some work done without sinking. We even got our little bunch of cows out on grass and out of the stackyard. This morning we woke up to 4 inches of snow covering the ground. Our entire valley got blanketed. Now don't ever think that I will ever cuss moisture in any form it decides to fall in, but its does make it an adventure digging postholes for the shed and corral I was working on.
What a winter/spring it has been for us. 211% of normal for snowpack and 198% for total moisture. And it just keeps coming! When I go check my cows I will pack my camera and try to post some pics.
On another note, I surely hope the folks in Kansas, OK, Texas and Colorado can get moisture as needed to help with the aftermath of the fires. Wish we could share ours with them.
