We run the heifers a 2nd time with the heifer calves. So, our 2nd calf cows calve early too. But they run with the cows. Well one calf was licked up dry but shivering a bit and cold moth, we got the pickup out on the feed ground, warm her up for a bit then back out with momma. But down in the meadow there a 2nd calver down by the creek. $ wheeler and calf sled. She got the calf licked off eating afterbirth. Calf had white eyes, so bet is it was born dead.
