Dalton did really well. He competes in the 165 lbs weight class and it's loaded. But he battled to a fourth place medal and a podium spot at the 1A state finals. Super proud of him and all his hard work. He's a great kid folks. Blessed to have him in our home.

They announced over the PA system that no hats were allowed. Mostly because teenage boy aren't smart enough to take them off and get their medal put over their head and it slows everything down. Dalton said I'm wearing my hat!!! So I talked him into packing it out there and waiting to put it on til after they slung his medal around his neck.
