drought ????? this is normal. We typically dont get any rain after june in these parts.

I absolutely hate bad udders. Maybe to many days of trying to milk out sunburned teats after a late spring storm as a kid.

Nice cattle elwapo. I was up to Youngstown this summer and can't believe how good the grass looks. Its dried off, but boy is there a lot of it!

That's an awesome bull calf in the 2nd picture! I really like the looks of him.

Those two were born end of feb. They are purebred gelbvieh. The pics were taken at the beginning of August. The grass really grew well in June here and dried fast in July. The big concern here is fire. We have had numberous in the area, and they really burn fast.
