WOW, thanks so much! I lurked around this site for a bit and enjoyed reading the forums and looking at all the beautiful pictures and then decided to sign up.

I very much enjoyed all of the other sunset pictures; we are all so lucky to live in such beautiful areas! I took my sunset picture on the opening day of waterfowl hunting season just before picking up the decoys and heading to the house.

I look forward to more reading and of course the picture contests. Thanks!

That is actually the Sun River. It is a tributary of the Missouri River and flows into the MO in Great Falls. This pic was on my family's farm west of there.

Our daughter used to rodeo with a girl from Simms. Nice girl, too, and we were at their place once, but darned if I can remember her name.
That would have been in the late 70's, early 80's.

I have a great memory, it is just very short. :wink: :shock:
