This area is so wet that you could never drive over it even on a ranger most years and the cows normally sink at least a foot so the ground is very rough.

Now it is the only green on the place so that is where the cows are.

This bull turned 2 this spring - - - sired 21 calves this spring, 19 on time! He is only breeding 19 this year I hope with the hot weather he got the job done early! I turned him in May 28th as he was just walking the fences.

He is 7/8th Angus and 1/8th Charolis and yet all his calves have been smokey or white!

Some of his calves - - - notice all the tags are in the right ear - - - he only had 20 bulls out of 21 calves.

This ( on the right ) is the only hiefer out of the bunch.

She was born April 2nd out of a first calf hiefer.
