City consumers have often said they want to know what farmers do, and how they handle or treat the land and animals before they are processed.
Modern communications methods make it so much easier to get the information to them directly from the people actually producing the food. BIC helps 'our' people get the info directly to consumers, with little of our time taken away from the primary jobs of caring for land and animals.
