I listened to an interview with the author on the radio the other day. He seemed to be a very interesting man, and well educated on beef and what makes it good. I figure the folks that are fans of corn fed beef won't be very impressed though :wink:

I heard that interview as well. I to was impressed with this guy and his knowledge of beef.
