Is he shooting a 7mm Rem mag, or the 7mm hsn, or what ever it is? For the most part, we never have to shoot much over a couple hundred yards, but I have plinked at targets upwards to 500 yards. Just not very confident at taking a deer at that distance.

I believe it's a mag, the fellow and I aren't exactly close friends but I do admire his shooting. :wink: . He does use a rest.
