I didnt take as many pictures as I probably should have today, I'm not usta tryin to take pictures in the cold wet weather. Some of you know tricks I don't know LOL

We are supposed to have more ice tomorrow than we had today. Truck doors were froze shut this mornin, along with windshield wipers froze to the winders.
Here's a few pics of what our day looked like.

Here is a tip for windows on your truck during freezing rain... Put cardboard under your whipers that are big enough to cover the entire windsheild... When it is time to go in the morning just pull the cardboard off and your windshields are ice free. Saw them do it the other night when we had our ice strom come through on the news... Seemd to work pretty good... I think my response was, how come I never heard of that before?

Sure beats peeing on the windshield. I have a hell of a time getting the mrs to do that.

:lol2: :lol2:    I bet you do have a hard time gettin her to do that....n I can't say that I blame her :P

Jee willickers that could get dangerous.....!!!!

(wonders off mummlin to myself about icy ranch hand bumpers....antennas......slippery hoods and hood ornaments.....)

Geez JB... What's her problem? Not willing to take one for the team

I have come to the method of, wander out to truck, start engine, walk back inside, check mail and when the darn ice is melted off the windshield and back window it is time to go... Make sure you have a full tank of fuel.

yup,you know what happens when wet hits cold, don't think Mrs. JB would like the hot water treatment used to get UNSTUCK

Problem with jinglebobs concept Lilly is that you have on full coveralls...makes for getting them situated to get your "job" done kind of tricky!!!!

Dang I sure like to see you in coveralls...makes me feel better that my coveralls are in fashion even in TEXAS...lol Course I wear bibs..lol

Hubby really liked the pictures Lilly...he's getting a huge kick out of your weather..lol

OHHHHHH I almost forgot...we had frozen cow turds...somethin I aint ever EVER seen!!!!! They crunch when ya roll the hay rings over em. LOL

thought ya might just need to know that lil tidbit of information LOL

Oh he's laffin at us huh????? Well laff all ya want...we'll be 70 degrees again before ya know it :P

Well hell, you don't have to wear coveralls just to get a little chore like that done. And your supposed to squat, not sit. So that you DON'T stick.

Man, you whiney wimmen.

Sure ain't that much of a chore for me.

I dunno, but I'm ready for it to git gone.

Me too, lost my licktricity last nite bout 9,just got it back on,still pretty cool around here, actually the temp aint the problem, been alot colder...........it's all this dang ice that aint melting, got two inches of ice on every thing .........good luck

OMG YOU GUYS!!!!! I just about lost a kidney, I'm laughing so hard!!!!! the mental image of poor Mrs. JB with her frozen bottom on the windsheild ( You know she would slip with those coveralls on) JB in a panic driving to the nearest fire hall to get her unstuck. What an AWESOME mental picture. We can now ad this scene to my new movie "Skunks on a plane". The scenes are getting funnier by the minute. This film may just get to humorous for the hollywood producers.

:drink: Here's to ya'll having just ENOUGH winter weather to appreciate the mild ones that are normal for ya. :D

Oh there's no doubt in my mind that I appreciate the "normal" winter days we have. I don't like cold, I don't like cold I don't like cold. And I don't like ice......as I've stated previously....I have a hard nuff time walkin on flat dry ground without fallin n hurtin myself as it is...I don't need no help such as slick icy ground. I got a few more pics to post of today here in a lil bit.
