That first line is a bit confusing to me. export means shipped out of the country. Then it says "into the USA" into would be "import"
The line would make sense if all the stuff listed was from foreign countries.
???

Texas and Alaska are the top Crude oil producing states in the United states.

The chart show where our energy come from and compare state against other nation's imports. But energy is exported out of states to the other states.

Wyoming also mines the most uranium in the US.

Yes Texas is our largest producer of crude oil, but Texas uses more Btus of energy then they produce thus they import energy from States that use less Btus then they produce , thus exporting energy.
 
So it's not a surprise the Federal gov is claiming more of it. Afters years of Political bs. Fed\state was set at 50\50. Now they want 52\48. Most up on the hill can't find us on a map, yet claim to own. :?
