Better late than never :? We did chores on Thanksgiving, Mike watched football while I made rolls, got the stuffing in the crockpot, and put the turkey in the oven. We had a couple hot rolls, and headed for Thief Valley (our leased ground).
Saw a bald eagle sitting on a post on the way up.
This is the ground we had in triticale last year, planting it back to range grass now. Mike still has to cultipack it after they put the seed on.
He broke several rings on the cultipacker, so we put new ones on. He said he couldn't have done it without me
Cotton supervising
Then went to check the protein. These cows had already their Thanksgiving protein and water and are on their way back out to graze
Grass is trying to green up
