Wow I never been in a movie theater that was so quiet clear thru the end of the credits.... but then during the credits they show then and now pictures.

When they talk about other people praying.... I was one of those! I was farming up a little draw by the forest the radio was on the locale station. I had a hard time trying to listen and farm for 2 hours.....

then too I know a lot of those families.

Reminds me of a story that I read that was taken from an old fur traders journal: In 1795 Jean Baptiste Trudeau and his men traveled up the Missouri to what was to become central South Dakota to trade with the Arikara. Having found the camp deserted (because of Small Pox) they returned south. On nearing what was to become Gavins Point Dam they camped for the winter. Omaha Indians began to steal from them and threatening to kill them. They also saw apparitions of other Indian warriors around the camp. The Omaha Indians had seen them also, and said they were Pawnee Warriors who warned them not to kill the Frenchmen.
Ten years later when Louis and Clark came by they noted passing the "Pawnee House" as they called it.

The Secretary at the school. Mrs. Cook , went and saw it in Montpelier, said they had the movie really close to what happen those 2 hours.
