Kosmo and his bride of 10 days pulled into the ranch from their Carribean Honeymoon and the bride's home inear Lewiston, Idaho, with the Excursion pulling a Uhaul both of them loaded to the hilt. My bride and I just arrived back after a long city block's walk home in the moonlight after welcoming them home. Sunflower and Syb were already there helping unpack and putting away.

Kosmo's eyes were bright and shiny and happy to be home. He says he is tired of spending and is anxious for tomorrow and the day's work ahead! It is great to have the third generation on the ranch!

I have a picture of my brother and me moving our furniture out on Dad's 1941 Dodge pickup with the bedsprings tied on the side of the stockrack and a kerosene lantern dangling along side. A broom is tied on whicih we probably didn't make much use of. That was when Stan and I set up batching quarters on the new ranch when we took possession May 1, 1947.

Kosmo has just completed a course in Ranch Management where he and his bride have attended college in Sheridan, Wyoming these past two years. The future looks bright on the Spearhead!
