The line, "...potentially contaminated cows..." gives things a nice twist doesn't it?

It's a shame that this kind of crap happens though, just gives the whole industry a black eye and brings us under more scrutiny from activists.

I look at it another way, it shows faults with the system the USDA has helped built. These things happening are the dangers you face when the people loose sight of where their food comes from. All they see is a label on a package on a supermarket shelf with a USDA seal, same thing with Organic. when you're in touch with your food system, then these things become more isolated and don't effect millions of people.
