I was putting a Jayhawk coat on my 2 year old, and she exclaimed in a plaintiff scoff, "there's a chicken on my coat, who put a chicken on my coat?"

Does that mean even a 2 year old has the Jayhawks figured out, or a 2 year old has similar intellet as KSU fans?

Are making another KU = gay joke? atually, I doubt it would fit me. yuk yuk. I'm tempted to accept your generous offer beause I'd bet the ranch your wife would be plenty mad if you gave away something she already envisions on her grandkids. I wish I were your neighbor 'cause anytime I got bored I'd trick you into stepping in the pile again.


Seriously, your Cats can beat CU this week and still challenge for the North. slavers @ KSU helps a little. I still can't see Kansas winning the North, and I sure as Hell can't accept Muuuu winning ....well, anything.

I still can not figure out that loss.....talked to a few who went to the game, and said we just laid down, then others said KU is for real.

we need a running game, and need to stop the run on D. I think we will have it fixed for Mizzery, but CU seems to screw us everytime.

if everything works out right, we can still get the title, but the KU / Mizzery game will probably decide the champ.


I despise MU, but how will I ever face my brother in law if his chickenhawks are champs!!

still can not figure out that loss.....talked to a few who went to the game, and said we just laid down, then others said KU is for real.

I found the game on a satellite channel during halftime and watched the second half. KSU was not swarming on defense like they were against Texas and Auburn. They played way too conservative.

This loss was all Prince's fault. KSU is the type team that has to make their own breaks and it didn't happen.

KSU got one interception close to the end, scored and the defense sat down.

They played nothing like the previously mentioned games.

Which team will show up this Saturday?

KSU favored by 5 1/2.

I think KSU has O line problems and Prince is trying to cover it up with the short passes. Still the offense was productive, but predictable. When Freeman had to throw at the end, that was exactly the scenerio Mangino was looking for.

I also think the KSU D line was the biggest weakness on D. Mangino spreads the offense to negate gang tackling - no secret there. Kansas was able to spread the field with plenty of time.

Go figure, another game settled on the lines. I also think the schedule critics were validated by the first play int, multiple drops and penalties. But scheduling is such a moving target, for example Central Mich and Toledo are usually much better than they were this year, and South Florida is on Kansas schedule next year likely wasn't meant to be a top 5 team.

Yeah, CU is a freak, they could be good. Kansas has road games at OSU, A&M, & CU - all can be good or real average. NU @ Lawrence still has a ton of talent, MU @ Arrowhead (wish we wouldn't have moved it), Baylor & ISU at Lawrence - Kansas still can lose to anyone. I'm hoping anyone besides MU wins the North, but Kansas is going to get skinned up too muh.
