Thoughts on this~spicy wild plum sauce

on ham. It has some jalapenos in it, tastes really good. Should I dare try it on ham??
jody...what do you think???

If anyone wants to let me know what they think, I'm open to it.
I don't want to ruin my ham but I'd like to try this plum sauce.
Would it be better on turkey? We aren't having turkey tomorrow, but I could save it for another time.
Thoughts??

Sound plum delicious! Ham is the only meat I think it would be good on.

It was good. I did a little research and added coke to the plum sauce and reduced it on the stove. We had to reheat the ham when we got to our grandson's home, and the juice from the ham diluted it a little more than I wanted.

day late dollar short, but sounds like you got it worked out. when Tenny cuts up the lamb She and her mom fisted, pelted and cleaned today, I get the ribs, I boil then then roast them in whatever hot jelly, or pepped jam i grab. they disappear fast

I will have to try it on pork ribs because I don't have any lamb ribs. That should work ok, ya think?

Thanks, jody. I don't have any beef short ribs, but when I do I have an amazing recipe for them. I will google
rosemary chocolate anyway.
