will frontline keep ticks off?? I have been told it isnt very effective in that..last night I took the girl out and as I do everynight searched her for ticks..and.....found one..not attached yet..so came out easy..[/url]
Frontline used to be listed as 3 months for fleas and the vets and such recommended if you had tick problems to apply every month. We have had success with it as long as we remember to put it on.. Better on the short hair dogs than long hair dogs, probably has something to do with less being wasted.
We don't but we have 8 dogs, lol.... I would check for a couple days but I would also reapply every month. I don't know how your environment is compared to here as far as tick density.. More ticks, more risk..
