#1 son and I went to town today and got him a new rifle. (I told each of my boys I would buy them either a good rifle or a good quality acoustic guitar for their 18th birthday. They all shoot and they all play.)
Anyway, he picked out a Tikka rifle. He wanted a Browning A-bolt in 25-06 but we couldn't find one so he went with the Tikka in that cal.
I've always had Winchester,Browning and Remington rifles but this Tikka feels pretty good to me and I'm not a bolt action fan.
Pretty accurate ,too. Shot a 3/8" group at about 65 yds. So did the kid. He's all smiles.
How do these Tikka rifles stand the test of time? Anybody else have one?
PS. What is the big attraction about Glock 40's?? Every gunshop we were in had a few odds and ends and a ton of friggin' Glock 40's. What's up with that???
