This has me crying! At least they didn't hear the ewes crying out in pain. Animals or humans crying out in pain from burns, is something that one can never forget. I haven't, even after 60 years. I can't imagine what started this fire other than electrical. Keep us updated when they find the cause.

They said the sheep died from smoke inhalation before they were burned. I certainly hope so.

Could have been something as simple as a light switch not flipped off all the way and they short out and heat up. Dust and cobwebs everywhere, maybe rodents chewed wires.
Hard to say.
