I moved one herd of mostly steer calves to the creek pasture on Friday. The grass there hasn't been touched this year. They will stay there till the end of October.

Early in the journey. My view for the next 4 hours.

My phone doesn't do this justice. Moving down a nice road allowance lined with trees down both sides.

See, we have sand like you fellers from Nebraska. Only problem is ours is lacking the water below it that yours has.

Slowing down late in the journey.

All in all, a great day. Moved them around 10 miles in about 4 hours.
I forgot to take a picture when we arrived. I was in a hurry to get home as the wife and I and some great friends were going out for supper.
