Since Okie U got picked as the Big 12 South Champeen, how is it setting with you folks in Tejas?

PS for UT fans.....the banner behind the plane at Stillwater was pretty lame, IMHO. How is UT playing OU in Dallas (still in Texas) a neutral site?
 
I think it is funny...Mack Brown is a cry baby. if they want to be in the title game....DON'T LOSE ! seems like a simple plan to follow.

OU just looks like it is unbeatable right now, and Texas is just not that good.

I missed the banner, what was it>?

you are correct they are idiots, Texas shouldn't have lost to Tech either but it seems Tech is never strong enough to go anywhere just lucky enough to always be the spoiler. Oh well it is there own fault
 
Wouldnt it be awesome if there was an organization who could get all the conferences to either have championship games or not, all have the same rules for tie-breakers, insure that all student athletes had the chance to compete for titles...... oh wait! THAT WOULD BE THE NCAA!!!! How does Miles Brand keep his job? They are a bunch of money-hungry, makes Bud Selig look smart, idiots. You have a nickname that had something to do with Native Americans, we will sue and threaten and hound you. You want a playoff and equity across the board? No speaka english!
 
THe B12 uses head to head as the first tie breaker so yes UT is champion except Tech beat UT so they should be champion except OU beat Tech.

So the B12 uses BCS power to break tie (put stongest team forward).

UT did not get cheated - these rules are the same as they always have been.

The rub: UT wants to dismiss Tech even though they are 11 & 1 and a full cochamp because OU beat Tech so bad they moved back to #7. So UT, do you want to use polls or not? UT is a bunch of entitled feeling #$%^&. I'd be happy if they got snided, but this deal is fair. Sombody should tell Mack that his whine detracts from his sideline clowning.
 
if the national title were awarded on pre season hype Texas would be a ten year dominating force.

truth is, Texas NEVER lives up to it's hype. Ou looks way too good to be taking second fiddle to a bunch of over paid under achieving Mack Brown clowns

OU proved beyond a reasonable doubt that they belong in the National Title game last night. Tejas will have to settle for OU's crumbs.

I don't see an SEC team walking away with the National Title this year.

The Big 12 is THE premiere conference.

Sorry, Jiggsy. The 2 catchphrases at the Power Plant here are "No doubt about it, Jim", cause one of the guys IS named Jim, and, "Pistols FIRING!", as a joke as to whoever the hell the OSU announcer is.
