Trayvon suspended over marijuana

Help Support Ranchers.net:

Steve, not a big deal, IMO.

supposedly he was on the phone with his girlfriend and could have told her that he was out buying the skittles.

His brother might have already been in bed and Trayvon might have been buying the Ice Tea for the morning.

Trayvon was shot at about 7:15 pm and he was already on his way home from the Seven Eleven with the candy. Just what time was the three year old put to bed that he was already asleep long enough that Trayvon was able to leave the house and be back to where he was shot by 7:15? If Trayvon knew his toddle brother was home alone why did he double back to pick a fight with a compete strange that he was already safety away from? And if the toddler was asleep why would he buy him a bag of skittles?

The girlfriend has never talked to the police or investigators about the supposed cell phone conversation according to Florida AG Bondi. She will not come forward to talk to the police even if a lawyer is present. She will not swear to what she is supposedly telling the parents, so can anyone trust anything coming from her via the parents?

The parents told the Mayor that the screams for help on the 9 11 tapes was Trayvon but an EYEWITNESS says those screams on the tapes were from George as he was there witnessing the screams FIRST HAND while Trayvon was sitting on George's chest beating his head into the ground.
I don't trust the parents to relay anything about this case honestly, as they have tried to seal Trayvon's records so nobody could find out he has a history of hitting people in the face like he did George. They wanted to keep his past out of the media so they could PROFIT BY TRADEMARKING THEIR INNOCENT LITTLE BOY'S REPUTATION.

I understand the parents wanting to get justice but is justice served when they are hinding the truth about their son and then trying to profit from their disception? The minute they brought Al Sharpton into this case it turned into a circus with an agenda and JUSTICE IS NO PART OF IT.

Tam, the lead investigator said the girlfriend was spoken to, when he was in court, the other day.

They have video paying for the ice tea and skittles.

IMO, it does not matter to the case.

First we need to clarify something the little brother wasn't 3 1/2 years olds and home alone
We discover during that interview where the "skittle story" came from. Well, maybe. According to the 14-year-old son of Ms. Green he asked Trayvon to get him the candy when Trayvon said he was going to the store.

We discover that Brandy Green and Tracy Martin (Girlfriend and Dad) were in downtown Orlando at a restaurant and the boys were home alone.

So now the brother isn't even related he is the dad's girlfriend son and is fourteen. So much for the media reports saying Trayvon was buying candy for his little brother and showing Trayvon hugging a baby as if it was the small child he was buying the candy for.

Now that is clarified I doubt a fourteen year old would be in bed at 7:15 in the evening when his so called brother was shot. So why didn't he notice the gun shot that everyone else in the neighborhood seem to hear, it was only 100 yards from where he was supposedly at? Why didn't he notice the cop cars, ambulance and Fire Department EMT's at the end of the block from his home? And why didn't the FOURTEEN year old tell Trayvon's dad where Trayvon had gone if he simply walked down to the store for Ice Tea and candy? If the dad was worried about his son why didn't he drive down to the store that Trayvon walked to, to see where he was? It could not have been that far if Trayvon reportedly left the house a 6:40 and was already back to the street where he was shot by 7:00 . The more I hear from the Trayvon's side of this story the more questions I have.
Then about the girlfriend if Trayvon was shot in Feb. why didn't the girlfriend go to the police right after the shooting to give her testimony? Florida AG Pam Bondi was interviewed late March early April and she said the girlfriend still had not corporated with the investigators. If she has now corporated, what took her so long to give her version of the cell phone call?

As the story goes, she claims Trayvon told her he was being followed and she heard him ask Zimmerman a question right before the phone went dead. Wouldn't you think she would have tried to call him back and when she could not reach him, called his family and tell them of the call that night, so they could be checking on his safety? That part doesn't fit.

And SORRY but I just can't get past the fact Trayvon's mother trademarked his name, after the big name lawyers started advising her and the media firestorm hit and she figured out how to make a buck. If she tried to seal his school records to protect his innocent reputation, just what else was she willing to do. Was she and her lawyer coaching the girlfriend to tell a story that closely matched the one they wanted the media to report? When there is that much time lapse you have to wonder what was going on with the girl.

The Police found no holes in Zimmerman's version because he had an eye witness to verify he was the one being beat and was calling out for help but there sure seems to be a lot of issues in the Martin version.

stuff was being stolen from people's homes.

On October 21st 2011 a burglary took place a few blocks from Krop Senior High School where Trayvon Martin attended. The stolen property outlined in the Miami-Dade Police Report (PD111021-422483) matches the descriptive presented by SRO Dunn in his School Police report 2011-11477.

However, there was ONE big issue. SRO Dunn never filed a criminal report, nor opened a criminal investigation, surrounding the stolen jewelry. Instead, and as a result of pressure from M-DSPD Chief Hurley to avoid criminal reports for black male students, Dunn wrote up the jewelry as "found items", and transferred them, along with the burglary tool, to the Miami-Dade Police property room where they sat on a shelf unassigned to anyone for investigation.

It was only when the M-DSPD Internal Affairs investigation kicked in, and six officers gave sworn affidavits, the manipulative scheme to improve criminal statistics within the School System were identified openly.

Another approach was the use of The Baker Act, to quantify behaviors under health HIPPA law secrecy by assigning the students with psychological problems. This allowed them to again use school discipline and work around criminal reports.

Without the reports, the statistics would improve immensely; And improve they did.

so it seems law enforcement thinks black students have psychological problems. perhaps the wrong people are in charge.
