Go to San Antonio,El Paso, Laredo, McAllen, there are places the police won't go, where drugs run as easy as water, a registration sticker on the windshield is 5 years old, insurance is Jose and a pistola. And this is all just down the road a bit, and I bet California ain't a dang bit better. I would classify most of these places as a s**thole on a good day and just plain caca on most others.
