Hope I'm not ruining your thread, but this reminded me of one time I did some business with their manager. He came brining in one of their Christmas CD's for everyone and some sun glasses they advertised.

Not ruining anything at all!

That's a pretty good story to hear! It's nice to see the human side of those that we kinda look up to and usually see only in their professional capacity.

Reminds me of a longtime friend of mine who got his engineering degree very close to here but went on to develop some hi-tech photography accessories that landed him in California. He would operate this device for Hollywood folks and spoke of working with Tom Cruise (in MI1-train chase/helicopter scene) and Arnie Schwarzenegger in one of his movies that had aerial photography scenes.

Not many of us get to brush Stardust off of our shoulders so lucky for you!

Here is a sunday morning one for you. A little newer but it still has the right meaning behind it. Some people got worked up about the idea of beer and Jesus, but if you listen to it, it all relates to what we should be doing.

North Ridge Ranching - That song kinda melts through a lot of preconceptions that we may have formed of Jesus. Everyone has questions they would like answered and I have no doubt that he will meet the honest seeker wherever s/he may be! That song is pretty compelling.

Katrina, whaddya mean 'Doesn't really apply to my life' - have you never offered anyone a cup of cold water? :) Even such a small act as that is an act of ministry if done in his name!

I like those songs. Thanks for posting them!

Don Francisco - "Adam" & "I Don't Care"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTqM8saSBR0

Don Francisco is one of the most talented troubadours of our time, writing and singing "The Word in Music" with his wife, Wendy.

While their guitar skills are among the very best, it is the clear presentation of the Gospel message in their lyrics that give their tremendous appeal.

Their music is played on Rocky Mountain Radio, Colorado, their own station which plays 24/7.

We will hear more from them this week.
