Having gotten so many p.m.'s from the fine people on this board inquiring as to how Dad is doing I realized I could not answer each one individually, so I thought it would might be best if it were done in mass.

The operation was a success!!
The recovery process is well in place, the nausea while still acute seems to be slacking off somewhat.
He has no appetite, not good for a person who would devour a 8oz ribeye, and ask for more of everything. The good news of that is he finally lost the 40# his DR. had been after him to lose for several yrs.
His hair is gone, but then he had been losing that for sometime anyway
All in all his spirits are good considering everything, He said to tell you all hi, and hopes to resume posting in a few more weeks.
Once again thanks to all of you who offered your support and I am sorry but there were just so many I could not respond to each one of you personally
